It is anticipated that the Clubhouse will center around a 50-foot swimming pool with two outdoor spas, splash pad, fire pit and several conversation areas. Yes, the Apex Homeowners Association (HOA) will offer a concierge service for owners and guests. Concierge will be available to assist with dinner reservations, transportation from the airport, dog walking, babysitting, spa treatments and activities. In addition, continental breakfast and after ski treats will be served seasonally. It is likely that concierge service will be operated by Vail Resorts Hospitality for the Apex HOA.
Yes, As part of the Canyons Village Master Association Apex Owners have access to the Canyons Connect Shuttle Service.
Yes, nightly rentals will be allowed at Apex. Owners may choose a property management company selected by the seller or any other property management company they wish, or they may choose not to rent their residence at all.
The Salt Lake City International Airport is approximately a 32-minute drive on Interstate 80 to/from Apex. There are many transportation options from the airport to Apex. Additionally, there is a private airport in Heber City, just 20 minutes away.
Yes, pets are allowed with restrictions.

Canyons Village at Park City is part of The Canyons Resort Village Management Association (RVMA). The RVMA mandates a Transfer Fee of 2%, which will be paid for by the Buyer at Settlement.
Apex Residences uses a custom contract. Upon execution of the contract, the 20% Earnest Money deposit is due within three days. Buyers will then have a 14-day Buyer Review Period and upon the expiration of this period the Earnest Money deposit becomes NON- REFUNDABLE. The remainder of the purchase price shall be due at Settlement.
Purchase contracts are not assignable.
It is anticipated that the HOA will be managed by Vail Resorts Hospitality, although the property manager is subject to change and no guarantee is made with respect to the property manager selected by the Developer. It is expected that the HOA dues will be under $7.75 per sf per year and shall include the following:
